INFLUENCES:

Life, and the complexities that come along with it, although there are few that I really understand.

LOVES:

Not being on fire

HATES:

Zealots, religious or otherwise

PHILOSOPHY:

Not really anything specific, although if I was a Buddhist, everyone would think I was a pretty cool cat.

HOW DID YOU BECOME A MEMBER OF EiLF:

Edward and JJ were looking for a bassist, and I wanted the part. So I was thrown into the middle of a practice with no idea what I was doing… And after that, it was decided I could stick around.

MUSICAL INFLUENCES:

Bowie, The Stooges, Nirvana, the Pixies, Violent Femmes, The Pumpkins, lots of glam but also lots of grunge. And honestly too many to name here

FIRST CONCERT:

The first concert I remember would have been… A really crappy local metal show at LT’s (Rockford, IL) when I was like 13. But I loved it.

FIRST CD BOUGHT:

A really old 4- track Pumpkins CD for 50 cents at a garage sale when I was 9. The tracks were Cherry, Believe, 1979, and Ugly, and I still listen to it.

Hi, Mom.

Wrath

Velvet Goldmine, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Un Chien Andalou, Eraserhead, American Psycho, Star Wars, Evil Dead, Evil Dead II, and Army of Darkness, Dawn of the Dead (original), Night of the Living Dead (original), Rocky Horror, Pi, Four Rooms, Reservoir Dogs, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and a bunch more…

ACTRESS:

I don’t like women. But If I had to pick, definitely Betty White. Oh, yeah.

Ew.

Chinese

Diet Coke, yeah… Or Chai tea with soy.

TV SHOWS:

I only really watch cartoons, lame as that sounds. They’re so much more fun than real life. But I’ve been known to watch sketch shows like SNL, Mr. Show, and sometimes some dumb Andy Milonakis or Whitest Kids U Know.

Chicago, or Nashville.

The squirrel, because I have one, and he’s the best pet ever.
